House of 80 m2 on two floors.
The terrace is equipped with a dining table for 6 people with an arbor, a garden furniture and BBQ. The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a sofa and digital TV and WIFI. The dining room has a table and six chairs.
Kitchen equipped with gas hob and washing machine. Bedroom with double bed with fitted wardrobes. A shower room with toilet.
On the first floor a bathroom with toilet.
A terrace with small living room and 2 deckchairs adjoining the master bedroom (double bed) with fitted wardrobes as well as a third bedroom with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.

Family holiday

Pros: Lovely family home. Super clean on arrival Lots of equipment at the house to help with home from home holiday Good air con although extra charge if used more than allowed Cons: Good walking distance to amenities Shower little tricky as do.not fit fixings properly & water is temperamental between hot & cold making shiwers not overly pleasurable. Paying extra for air-conditioning when 32°heat Main issue for all of us was the very uncomfortable beds & pillows. Most of us have not enjoyed a good night sleep during our week Anne, key holder, was fabulous. Great quick communication & sorted any little issue out super promptly. Thank you Anne. Overall though we would stay again

Tres belle endroit tres calme mais il faut un vehicule pour pouvoir bouger aldi a 1 a 2 km la personne qui fait l etat des lieux Anne et tres gentil et agreable par contre la literie et a revoir de tout urgence, pas d accès a la deuxième piscines dommages

Séjour agréable

La maison est propre et bien équipée. La piscine de l’urbanisation est propre et surveillée, les équipements sportifs sont tops. Très bien pour passer des vacances en famille. Il faut juste prendre la voiture pour les activités du quotidien mais cela n’est absolument pas gênant.

Ruime woning met mooie terrassen

Prima woning die wel een update nodig heeft. Douche was verstopt, 1 airco deed het niet en het bed beneden is erg hard en smal. Terrassen waren erg fijn met voldoende schaduw. Buurt is niet erg mooi. Wel dicht bij winkels en restaurants.

Exellente location

Le propriétaire est disponible si besoin ,l agent Alain sur place est au top ,plus de gaz le soir il arrive ..il vous accueille..au top ! Dans la maison vous ne manquez de rien,l endroit est calme ,les plages ne sont pas loin. Nous recommandons cette location.

Gute Unterkunft mit schöner Terrasse

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch Strandzubehör wie Schirme, Stühle etc. sind vor Ort. Es wurde uns sogar durch den Vermieter extra ein Zugang für alle deutschen Fernsehprogramme bereitgestellt. Auch eine Verlängerung im Haus wurde problemlos geregelt. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und bei normalen Ansprüchen ausreichend, man ist sowieso den ganzen Tag (außer Mittags und Nachts) draußen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer nicht ganz so tollen Wohnsiedlung, aber die vielen Ausflugmöglichkeiten und die tollen Stränden mit teilweise super Wellen haben es locker ausgeglichen. Kann sein, das wir nicht das letzte Mal dort waren.

La recette idéale pour réussir ses vacances en famille ou entre amis. En voici les ingrédients: Une arrivée facile et sans encombre Le plaisir de découvrir une maison confortable et accueillante (la plus belle terrasse extérieure des environs car bien aménagée et à l'abris de regards indiscrets) Accès à 2 belles piscines propres et bien gérées (jamais trop de monde) Le centre ville, le shopping, les plages, les criques et un hôpital à proximité Que dire de plus sinon que notre séjour à été pleinement réussi!! A recommander...
