The owners have done a fabulous job updating a classic building with higher-end furnishings and appliances. Our room was spacious, had recently been updated including the bathroom, and the owners had done everything possible to make the experience as good as it could be.
However, I must forewarn guests that the location can be extremely noisy as it's adjacent to the highway. Our room was close to the street and we had a tough time getting the kids to bed due to the noise from trucks. I realize the owner can't change the location, but perhaps double glazed windows could reduce the impact from the traffic?
Overall, I was impressed with the efforts of the owner to create a great place for a stopover but our unit had more noise than we expected.

Well organized $125/night motel with typical amenities and design. Stayed 2 nights and would stay there again. Close to Tyto Wetlands which was useful for me, and s short drive to Ingham town center.
