"Our room was clean and room service was great. Staff was helpful when checking in. We did not have any breakfast but it was available. Air conditioning did go off once but it worked fine after a few minutes. "

The pool and hot tub were not operational which was one main reason we booked here. The bathroom in the room had stains in the sink and toilet. Shower water was not warm enough"
