  • Orient bay is one of the famous place in Saint Martin. this villa is in prime location with access to the beach within a minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets are near the villa, no car needed !!
    The villa is brand new with 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms a a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. outside you have a nice terrace with a jacuzzi and a brand new pool ! Everything has been thought for you to spend an unforgettable holiday.
    This villa is equipped with a cistern so no water cut possible.

Family Gathering

Great house very close to the village restaurants and market. The fenced in yard made it feel private even though the house is situated in a central location. Only three people from our group stayed at the house but all 12 of us would gather there in the evening. Sometime to cook and other times to play games and enjoy the hot tub. . Would highly recommend.

I did not know there would only be one toilet for all 3 bedrooms upstairs. I guess it's common. We dealt well with it. Hot tub was great after a day on the beach. Chairs around the pool were dirty. Pool is tiny but refreshing. Slept very well. Need instructions in English to work the appliances. The countertop ice machine was great. Comfy seating. I would recommend.

Great Location

This house is in a great location in Orient Bay, short walking distance to all the beaches, restaurants, and grocery store. Francois was very quick with responses to any questions, even questions not related to the listing.

Villa Colibri

The property was very clean. Location was excellent and within walking distance to the beach and dining. The property manager was very attentive to all of our questions and concerns.
