Very clean and great for 2 people using for a short stay. The studio is at the back of the owners residence but was not an issue for privacy etc.
The were ongoing water pressure issues that we were not sure if it was an island thing or an issue with the unit.
Shirt walk to Orient Beach, restaurants and a small market for supplies.

Fantastic anniversary stay in SXM
We had a wonderful time. The studio was exactly what we expected. Clean & comfortable. Only a few minutes walk to the village & the beach. Our host was awesome. Will definitely try & stay here next time we come back. I loved the gardens by the pool.

Orient Bay relaxed
Peter and I (Bettina) liked it a lot. The studio was clean, with a well equipped kitchen and perfect working AC :). 5 min. walk to the beach and restaurants.
Nice plants/flowers and birds around the pool - perfect for enjoying a little breakfast or a refreshing bath in the afternoon.
Celida gave us a warm welcome and even offered a car ride if needed. She is usually there in the morning and can always give you advice for anything in Orient Bay.
We would come back !!! :)
