House with a view of the famous Orient Bay Beach and the island of St. Barth
The beach is located about 0.2 miles from the house and easily accessible on foot.
The house was fully renovated in 2023. It features three terraces, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, and two private parking spaces.
The house has been designed to maximize natural light, with many openings throughout the property.
The furniture and high-quality bedding have been carefully selected to provide maximum comfort.
The houses in the residence are semi-detached on one side. However, this home benefits from a prime location at one end of the residence, offering a more private and protected space.
The two bedrooms do not share a common wall and are separated by a few steps.
Bedroom #1 is spacious and includes its own bathroom and toilet, as well as a mezzanine with a single bed. It also offers a beautiful view of Orient Bay Beach and the island of St. Barth.
Bedroom #2 also has its own bathroom and toilet, as well as a private terrace with outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower.
The house can be equipped upon request to accommodate a young child (under 2 years old).
Guest access
Princess Juliana International Airport is located about 9 miles away (around 25 minutes) from the house.
The smaller Grand Case Espérance Airport is located about 2 miles away (around 5 minutes) from the house.
The house is not located under the flight paths of large aircraft taking off or landing at Princess Juliana Airport. You may occasionally see or hear small planes during the day from Grand Case Airport on the French side.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including:
the living area (kitchen and living room)
the two bedrooms
the two bathrooms and two toilets
the private terraces
The parking space is located directly in front of the house.
A few steps separate the parking area from the entrance of the house.
The swimming pool is shared and reserved for residents of the property and their guests.
We look forward to welcoming you to the “Friendly Island”! 🌴
Notes :
The house is built on several levels with a few interior stairs connecting split-level areas. The steps are tiled.
We recommend using the stairs with care, particularly for children and guests with reduced mobility.
Guests acknowledge that they use the house facilities at their own responsibility.
I would like to inform guests that in Saint Martin, we sometimes experience occasional drops in water pressure, and more rarely temporary water outages (power outages may as well occur). While this can happen anywhere, it may occur more easily on an island like Saint Martin than on the mainland.
There are several reasons for this:
• The island can experience tropical weather conditions, such as storms, which can damage infrastructure, including the water distribution network.
• The topography of the island (Saint Martin has hills and relief) makes infrastructure more vulnerable and maintenance or repairs more complex.
• Strong population growth and high water demand during peak tourist season can also affect the water distribution system.
As these situations are beyond the host’s control, please note that temporary drops in water pressure or water/electrical outages during your stay cannot give rise to a refund or compensation.
