"We were a bit disappointed in our initial assessment of this property. It was a bit hard to find as there is no actual address. With the help of some very kind neighbours we did locate the suite. We found the suite could use some updating. The ad mentions beach extras like beach towels and blanket etc. Those things were not in the suite. At least we never found them. "This property was a great find! We appreciated the quietness and privacy of the unit. The in-unit washer was invaluable to us. We did have to get use to hanging our clothes on the outdoor rack to dry. The AC & WI-FI worked great! We thought we would be closer to the beach but in saying that, we will say that Orient Beach is not a great walking or swimmable beach. The water is quite rough and the “sea grass” crew was not able to clear the beach once during our 28 day stay. I am a beach lover & was disappointed with this beach…the pictures did not match it unfortunately. The hosts and manager of this property were responsive to our questions/needs."

"I had such a beautiful and relaxing stay! The bedroom was absolutely amazing, and the entire property was thoughtfully laid out and so inviting. The pool and hot tub were wonderfully warm, making it so easy to unwind and enjoy the space. The view was incredible and truly added to the experience. The location was also perfect—close to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful as well. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. You can really tell how much care and thought has gone into creating such a lovely place. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back. I highly recommend this beautiful getaway! ❤️"

"The place was nice and the location was perfect, but you can forget any communication with the host. No way to contact anyone. No number provided. Messaging the host through Expedia yielded nothing. No response. There was no toilet paper, no pillow cases, no wash cloths, and only 2 towels in the whole place, and no way to ask for more. The stupid "checkmyguest" link was really horrible, again providing no way to contact a human being. I would stay in the building again, but hope to never have this host EVER AGAIN."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon, Our stay at this beautiful hotel villa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and so well-maintained. Everything was clean, peaceful, and inviting, which made the entire property feel like a true little paradise. Our room was just as impressive—spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully kept, and such a relaxing place to come back to after a day out. What really stood out to us was the level of care from the staff. You could truly tell that they cared about their guests and wanted everyone to have the best experience possible. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even more special. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We will definitely be back! Thinking of returning for our 1 year anniversary !!"

"We had a great time in Saint Martin. Loved starting the day with a cup of coffee on our beach view balcony with a breeze. Condo was great for the 2 of us. Any minor repairs or issues that came up were quickly addressed. Christian was super nice and very helpful. Everyone we met on the island was courteous and kind. Such a great trip. Lots of great beaches on Saint Martin, can't wait to go back."
