The building itself is well-maintained,the location is incredibly convenient, few minutes driving to shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood also feels safe and welcoming, which was important to me.One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful ocean view, along with the excellent management team. The studio is at the back of the owners residence but was not an issue for privacy etc. The were ongoing water pressure issues that we were not sure if it was an island thing or an issue with the unit. Shirt walk to Orient Beach, restaurants and a small market for supplies. "
