"Having stayed at the hotel before it changed hands, we decided to return because of its convenient location close to the station. We’re so pleased we did! Our stay was just as enjoyable as before. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was clean and well looked after, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The only slight downside for me was that I didn’t sleep particularly well because I prefer a firmer pillows. That’s purely a personal preference and certainly not a reflection on the hotel. We did also miss the pool table—it was a nice little extra that we remembered from previous stays! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay such a pleasant one. We look forward to visiting again."

"My stay was an awesome experience! The service from the staff was very welcoming, attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was first class, and very generous portions! The rooms were a very good size and clean, which made for a comfortable night's sleep. A great place to stay, and will stay again!"

"Everything about our stay was excellent. The room and breakfast were perfect just what we had hoped they would be for our stay. All the staff were lovely and helpful. We didn’t use the spa and pool etc but will definitely do so on our next stay. We left feeling relaxed."
