  • Beautiful and cozy rambler in the heart of Orem! This property is a 6-minute walk (0.2 miles) from Westmore Park; perfect or kids who want to burn some energy. Only a 6-minute drive (1.3 miles) to Vasa Fitness Center. If Vasa isn't your scene, there are other fitness center alternatives as well as Rec Centers nearby. University Place Mall is a 3-minute drive (0.6 miles), which includes a play area and splash pad for kids as well as indoor activities like bowling, mini golf, laser tag, and more for the entire family! (Rush Complex is also open on Sundays).
