Orem Lower Level Apartment w/ Hot Tub access! 6 minutes to Provo Canyon

Hot tub, large yard, covered patio, & outdoor seating for a couples retreat or retreat with your family. Free parking for 2 vehicles. Fully equipped kitchen & dining area. 1 mile to University place & Smiths grocery store, 5 mins to Rec Center, 4 mins to UVU, 10 mins to BYU, 6 mins to Provo Canyon, and short walk to Scera park. The space is located in the lower level of a house with a completely separate entrance and no way of accessing the upper level. We provide a flexible self check-in (keyless entry) to allow for arrivals later in the evening/night stress free. Also available for free with your reservation is Wifi, parking for 2 cars in driveway and free street parking, fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, pack n' play, and BBQ grill.

Fun family time

Family visit

It was just going to be me, but my grandchildren, who live in Orem, ended up staying with me. They enjoyed sleeping in the “bunk” room. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the place lived up to its billing.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this basement apartment. Everything was as pictured which is always nice. The couch was super comfy for all of us to watch movies and football. Close by shopping and access to both college campuses was very easy. The host was super responsive to questions and providing information. We didn't get to try out the hot tub but it was hot when we checked. The kitchen was sufficient to make Thanksgiving dinner which was nice. The beds were very comfortable and clean. There is a huge park near the home within walking distance with playgrounds, pool complex, and Frisbee golf. Would definitely recommend staying here and we'd be happy to visit again.

The property manager was very communicative and helpful. The place was super cute and mostly clean. Our only complaint is that there were a ton of spiders. We killed about 5 a day.

I drove to the site and felt uncomfortable with the area. Went inside and felt uncomfortable as there was access to the area from upstairs that I was unable to prevent. I emailed the Host letting her know that I was sick (dishonest, I know), and would not be able to make it. I also sent a message through the App. I still have not received a response confirming the cancelation.

Great place! For people with kids, there are some games for older kids but not really anything for younger kids. We were busy so didn’t need them but just an FYI. Quiet, clean, great location, would stay here again!!
