We had a great stay. We had great communication before and during our stay. Quiet, clean and easy to work with. They also had some uniqe games that were a variation of traditional games that we really enjoyed as we are a game not TV or scrolling family. We truly enjoyed our stay and they met all our needs and responded quickly to any queations we had. Above all customer service was great and that is not too common anymore.

BYU Trip

Everything about the property was as advertised and more. We had a lovely stay and so enjoyed being able to be together as a family in this beautiful space. We attended a BYU football game and getting to and from the game was very easy from this location.

Came to Utah to visit family with my father and two children. The home was a perfect location by restaurant, shopping, and main roadways for travel. House was clean and spacious. Absolutely Perfect

Could not ask for a better place to stay in Orem. Huge windows made it hard to believe we were staying in a basement, home was clean and cozy with every amenity we needed. Location is awesome, with easy access to shopping, universities, and the freeway. We will absolutely be making this our first choice when visiting the Orem/Provo area!

Great place to stay!

We were in town for a Ballroom tournament, and the proximity to the Marriott center was great. (not too close, not too far) I almost don't want anyone to know how great this place was so it will be available the next time we need to be in the Provo area. The rooms are a good size, the living space is great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I slept well, and that is always a plus! I don't give 5 stars very often, but this place deserves it.

I was a little worried about staying in a basement apartment but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The owner's directions were very clear and accurate. The apartment is spacious, clean, bright and well equipped. It did not feel like a basement. Check in and check out was very easy.

Spacious and nice neighborhood.

We stayed here over Christmas to spend the holiday with our grown children living in the area. This was a basement apartment but was VERY spacious. There were 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an eating area, kitchen and two living areas. I also appreciated the washer and dryer in the storage area and the Christmas tree that was set up and very beautiful. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us without feeling like we were crammed in together. Only 5 of us slept at the apartment though. One especially nice bonus is that Walmart was only 5 minutes away. There was also a park a short walk away that we walked to every day. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.
