The upper latch on my room door was not aligned and did not work as intended. It appeared to be an easy fix. I called down to the front desk twice right after checking in with no answer, so I walked down (to an empty lobby) and there was one employee working. When I told him about the broken latch, he verified my room number out loud. I told him not to say it aloud and he seemed properly apologetic. Since he was alone, he couldn't fix it and offered"
