"For what it is, this is a nice characterful country home stay with strangers. However, it is not what I expected from the description on Expedia.
Firstly, from a British perspective, this is not a ‘bed and breakfast’ but a hostel. The booking only includes bed, there is no personal welcome but a text message with access code for the electronic door, and other guests hadn’t received theirs so had to wait a long time for acvess. "Great location, could walk from the central station to the hotel and then to the castle. Lots of restaurants close by. The room was nice, breakfast was a large buffet. "

Even though I did not have any golf clubs with me this stay, the hotel offered all kinds of activities in the best environment Sweden has to offer. The environment, the service, the rooms, the food/breakfast exceeded all expectations. It is extra fun that you recognize yourself from the wonderful atmosphere that can be found at exclusive ski resorts - that there is something for everyone.
