Wonderful stay, no complaints at all.

Came to stay for one night with my girlfriend and dog. Lovely welcome at the reception, helped us to get sorted with the parking situation. The room was lovely and cosy, and even had a water bowl + dog candy. Some of the other guests were a little noisy around 00:00 but that's nothing against the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful also, with an entire floor dedicated to it. Lots to choose from, both warm and cold. Will definitely return when in Örebro again.

I stayed here in early September, when it was still quite warm. There was no air conditioning, which was fine with me, except that my room, with open window was opened onto a main street, with much traffic well after midnight. It was noisy, and hard to sleep. I had requested that my sheets/towels not to be changed (by the card placed outside of my door), but Housekeeping did not distinguish this from "Do Not Disturb", and did not replace my instant coffee or creamer. The safe inside the room had been left locked by the previous occupant. When I reported this to reception, it appeared that this happens frequently, but Housekeeping doesn't report this to Management.
