"The room was semi clean. There was throw up on the balcony in two spots. They left dirty used bar of hand soap in the bathroom. One of the bath towels had stains on it. The tv remote was missing. They did not have enough towels in the bathroom. The soap products in the shower were basically empty. There was hardly any water pressure in the shower. I had to call the office for more soaps and towels and a tv remote, they wouldn’t even bring the items to the room I had to go get them. "

"I have stayed at the Santa Maria Inn multiple times for business and recently for personal reasons due to a family loss. Based on past positive experiences, I recommended it to my family for a family service. Upon arrival at 2:00 PM, I requested a slightly early check-in but had to wait until 3:00 PM, causing me to be late for the service. Even then, the room was not ready, and I had to return later to check in. I discovered the room had a single king-sized bed instead of the reserved two queen beds. The front desk apologized and offered a rollaway bed, which was not ideal. At midnight, we faced a door issue; the rollaway bed blocked access, and the upper latch was engaged. My keycard didn’t work on the second door. A staff member made new keycards but couldn’t open the door, requiring an engineer’s help at 1:15 AM. Despite the staff’s efforts, the experience was disappointing due to the series of issues, including not being able to check in on time and not receiving the reserved room. "

"We had a few issues....a/c, plugged toilet, only one face and hand towel.....but the price was GREAT! We the issues resolved and had a good time. "

"The staff was amazing! The rooms weren't bad but i did have to call front desk because i had dirty towels in my room folded down for the next person to use, my daughter also got a room there and there was a whole in the ceiling and dirty towels. Also surprise to see that there was no iron in the rooms, refrigerator didn't even keep my drinks cold as if it wasnt even plugged in. I was given a wifi password and i wasnt able to log in since nothing would pop up for me with the hotels name. "

"It was not clean at all ac wasn’t working call the desk they said apologies for the inconvenience reach out to hotels,com and on the chat it take a while to get a response we were on a business trip and due to the lack of sleep because on noice because we hato open the windows to get some fresh air it was terrible.
