"At first everything was fine. You get what you pay for. The first night was ok. The second night was not good. Daughter encountered some bugs issues on the bed. The next morning she found the live bugs. We immediately started looking at them and recorded. We immediately got ready, got all of stuff and left the room. We went to the reception and talk to this Lady. We told her what had happened and that we wanted our money back that we were not staying the third night. She only said “Okay” she didn’t care at all. She didn’t even bother to ask me anything. She gave me no receipt for the refund or anything. She said that since I purchased through Expedia they need to refund the money. I got really upset and left. I would not recommend this place at all. It’s ghetto. People were screaming at each other one night. Right outside my window. It’s very late at night."

"The property is one of the best Ramada’s I ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and were partially remodeled. The hotel serves a continental breakfast with a nice variety of waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fruit, yogurt and more. The property also has a pool, which I can’t speak on as I didn’t see or visit the pool. Each room has a microwave and a fridge."

"Our stay at this luxury resort in Thonotosassa was great. The host, Tom, was very accommodating and accepted my request for an early check-in, which was much appreciated. We had a large family gathering with relatives visiting from both out of state and locally, and Tom’s place was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for hosting everyone together. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The kids enjoyed the pool, and everyone enjoyed the game room. We truly appreciated Tom’s hospitality and would definitely recommend this property for large groups or family getaways."

"I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay in Florida, booked through Expedia. My experience was highly unsatisfactory due to several significant issues. First, the check-in process was poorly managed. Although check-in does not begin until 4:00 PM, the main office also closes at 4:00 PM, making it impossible to receive on-site assistance upon arrival. I spent two hours in a frustrating back-and-forth between the property and Expedia just to receive my door access code. The property claimed they could not provide it and directed me to Expedia, causing an unnecessary and lengthy delay. Furthermore, the air conditioning in my unit was not functional. Given the extreme heat and the fact that I have asthma, this was a serious health and comfort concern. I reported the issue to the property on Saturday morning, but no one ever came to inspect or repair the unit. When I requested a room change, I was told no other units were available. Despite these failures in service and basic amenities, I have not received any form of compensation or refund. I am requesting a formal review of my stay and a refund for the inconvenience and distress caused by these circumstances. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter."
