"Breakfast was awesome clean safe location"

"Cockroach in the bathroom. Tiny black bugs everywhere, in the bed, in the kitchen, on the floor. Two big hairy caterpillars in the room, one was on the bed. Check in process was unclear, check out process was unclear. Very little toilet paper was left. I called to get more and they said they would send someone but never did. Had to call next day again. Texted some number about getting some more coffee and never heard back. There’s constant tree sap or something dripping from the trees on the property down at your head."

"Old, outdated, musty and dirty. Breakfast wasn’t worth it! Would NEVER go back again! The best parts was that the front desk guy, Gabriel was very nice and patient. And the mattress and bedding was very comfortable and smelled like they were laundered in bleach."

"This was a very convenient hotel for all that we needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff friendly and we really appreciated the free shuttle to Busch Gardens! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, as it was $16.95 and we felt it a much better value to eat out somewhere else."

"I would never recommend anyone stay at this location… I checked in and checked back out in less then 30 min. I wish I could get my money back but I know that’ll probably never happen. My room was stink and dirty. The fridge had exterior rust and the bathroom shower had dirt, hair, and debris in the cracks where the caulking is. My shower head had a bad leak and the furniture inside was terrible. In all my experience was terrible"
