"Stay was nice, however the billing was incorrect. Unfortunately, I'm still working on resolving it. I called the hotel 4 separate times today...pressing '0' for the operator a couple times (no answers) and other times pressing '3' for the front office manager. Again, no answer. I also contacted Hotels.com to see if they could get an answer. They could not get through to the property either. So unfortunately, while the stay at the property was fine, it has now taken me quite a bit of time and effort to resolve a billing issue. As a long-time Marriott-loyal customer, this is highly disappointing."

"The stay was ok. Bathroom was alright but saw a few things that could’ve been more cleaner. The beds were ok but for my liking it was super soft. For someone with a herniated disc or back problems the beds aren’t really ideal. Besides those minor issues it was a good stay. "

"The smell of the room when we walked in - it was horrible. The staff tried to make it better my coating the carpet with some sort of chemical, but to no avail. Had I any other option within 10 miles, we would have left. Breakfast was nasty. Somehow they even screwed up the waffle batter. It was sour? Only positive was the staff - very friendly. I got the impression they knew they were working for a shitshow and were doing their best."

"The description lied about the equipped kitchens, you have to pay extra for pots, pans, and dishware which I have never experienced in an extended stay hotel before and the whole reason I booked this extended stay hotel.It gets worse from there. The carpets are stained and dirty throughout the place, the flooring in my room was filthy, the refrigerator seals were falling off the refrigerator, and all of the lobbies, common areas, and hallways smelled like weed - despite there being no smoking signs promising a fine if caught smoking placed everywhere.
