This beachfront property offer access to multiple terraces, free private garage and free Wifi. The villa offers a 24-hour support via a Property Manager. It has a fully equipped indoor kitchen with an outdoor Napoleon grill and a professional dishwasher.
Offering 2 panoramic terraces, the spacious villa includes 5 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace, outdoor and indoor dining areas, 3 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and bidets, lastly a dependence with a bedroom, own bathroom, living room and kitchenette. All bedrooms and living rooms have Samsung flat-screen TVs. All spaces have individual air conditioning. The villa offers bed linen, towels and has its own laundry room with a Miele washer and dryer. Cleaning can be arranged upon request on a daily basis, depending on the guest's needs.
The area is popular for Diving, Snorkeling, Cycling, Kite and Windsurfing. There is also a PGA Rated Golf Course just 10 minutes from the villa.
