The Cambridge House is located in the highly desirable Old Town Orange, a one-mile square area that is centered around the historic Orange Plaza. This is a secluded 2-story back house with large yard and private deck with dedicated parking spot, plus plenty of street parking. Did we mention we just finished a complete renovation? This back house is centrally located to all Orange County has to offer. Only 10 minutes from Disneyland, 20 minutes to Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and walking distance to the famous Orange Circle and Chapman University. At the Circle you’ll find lots of great restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Cambridge House is surrounded by many other charming historic homes in this highly sought after neighborhood.

We had a great time, visiting family and friends that live in area. So nice to be able to walk to the Orange Circle with all its places to eat. Weather was perfect. Only one concern…there is no handrail on the inside staircase.

Loved my stay here. So comfortable. I even had my very own doorman, Burt! The neighborhood is great for walking. Made my way into Old Orange for dinner, so convenient.

The home was welcoming and peaceful. The upstairs deck was a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee or tea. Location to Chapman U and the Circle was excellent.

Great location

The property was well situated for us to walk to our daughter's house. Burt, the Irish wolfhound, was very welcoming. The property was clean and served our needs well. We would definitely keep in mind for future stays.

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting Chapman University! The apartment is clean and spacious and an easy walk to many downtown coffee shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

The property was represented exactly as it appears and was beautiful. All the details for check in were provided in advance, making it super easy! The property owner touched base with us to ensure we knew to reach out with any needs and responded very quickly when a question came up. The property was very clean, bed was super comfy, and it has everything you need for a home away from home atmosphere. Perfect Spot for Chapman Parents

The Cambridge House was lovely and immaculate. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the circle and most of the dorms on campus. Michelle was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Great location for Old Town Orange. Property is private and felt very safe. Not a detraction, but kitchen is small with limited cooking supplies. We appreciated that everything was clean and tidy. Heating and cooling operated well and quietly. Fan in bedroom only worked when overhead entry light was on, which was a disappointment. Burt, the resident dog was delightful, friendly, welcoming and a treat to meet. We would stay there again

We ate 3 meals here on the deck. The apartment is small, but clean and easy to access, very quiet and restful. The internet was spotty and didn't work great for us, but that was a blessing as we were looking to re-treat for a weekend.

The space was clean and comfortable, beds were nice and well equipped kitchenette. The only drawback was the parking in driveway. The renter of another home on the property accused us of damaging his car with our car door.
