Old Towne Orange Charmer
Had a great stay and finally found something super close to the Circle and Chapman University. Perfect for families visiting Chapman students. Very cute and charming two story cottage. Owner was very responsive and super easy to work with.

Orange County home
This is a wonderful light and airy place that is just as advertised. I look forward to staying there again the next time I return to the Los Angeles area. This property is very close to the convention center in Anaheim.

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting Chapman University! The apartment is clean and spacious and an easy walk to many downtown coffee shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

Quaint - Quiet - Quintessential
When planning and booking our family trip to California from Texas, I wanted a property that met some criteria. It had to be a cute property - nobody wants to vacation in any dump. It needed to be just the right size to SLEEP in only as our family is out all day. When I do sleep, I need quiet, no noisy hotels near the freeways. This property met, and exceeded, our needs. The property is a newly renovated open concept garage apartment with enough room for a family with 2-3 children that is central to the better beaches, local attractions and Disney which are 15-20 minutes depending on the unpredictable nature of Cali's traffic. We did not discover the awesomeness of downtown Old Town Orange until the last night. There is no need to venture out too far for dinner as this area has a variety of eateries, including a pie and coffee shop, and 'mom and pop' shops At some point during your stay, be sure to visit The Filling Station for breakfast. Oh, and if you are dog people, which we are, you will love this property even more as it has perks of having your very own welcoming wagon...in the form of an Irish Wolf Hound named "Burt." Each time you arrive home from your busy day of vacationing he is there to greet you with a wagging tail. When you wake up in the morning, he will sit at your feet while you sip your coffee on the property's patio. Burt's owner, a long term tenant of the main property is super friendly as well. You will LOVE this place, just book it already!

This property was great. It suited our needs and we were quite happy here for the week we stayed. Proximity to Disneyland is great and the neighborhood itself is close to amenities. The other tenants dog Burt was a bonus. Like a welcoming committee!

Son's 18th birthday trip 🎂
We visited this property for our oldest son's 18th bday trip. The little guest house was super cute,clean and had all of the essentials. The only "issue" is the shared driveway. Not an issue really, it's just kind of awkward when you come in late. All in all it was a really nice property and the perfect size for our little group 😊

The house was great for what we needed. It was a girls trip for our thirtieth birthday. The town is cute. The gentleman staying in the main house was nice but didn’t pay much attention to his dog so he was constantly wanting attention from us. Overall great stay and would recommend. Would stay again.

Great visit!
I rented this VRBO to stay with my daughter, a Chapman student, for a few days before heading home for Thanksgiving. We had a great time! The property was clean and very cute, very close to all of the fun activities and restaurants in Orange, and also came with Burt the dog, who made himself at home immediately! We would definitely stay here again!

Disney stay in adorable bungalow

The location is in a great spot. We visit Orange often but usually stay with family. This location allowed us to really venture out and try some of the best places to eat in Orange and they were just blocks away. The house was clean and many amenities provided. Communication was very clear. Nice yard and of course Burt the dog was super friendly and a sweet visitor.

I loved this little gem for 4 days. The owner thought of everything! Very nice amenities, clean, great decor, relaxing vibe. Nice outside deck with umbrella to feel the breeze. And a sweet and well behaved dog named Bert that the full-time occupant in the front house owns to greet you sweetly upon arrival. Located in walking distance where a sidewalk stroll will take you to all the restaurants and shops in Old Towne Orange! I would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Dale S.

The property in my opinion is right in the center, crossroad to Orange County and more. Super close to the Circle of Orange by 6 blocks. A home away from home, everything was perfect. The tenant who lives in the front house has a dog named Burt, super friendly dog. Michelle the property owner was super nice and helpful when I had questions etc. The A/C was fantastic and comfortable, the lay out and rooms are A Accommodations and appliances are top notch. It was a pleasant stress free 7 days at the Cambridge house. It is now our #1 place to stay in Orange California. Highly recommended! you feel like it’s your 2nd home, parking A , washer and dryer use A . Thank you Michelle

Perfect location, great place to stay!
The Cambridge House was perfect for my two best friends and I for a reunion trip. The location near Orange Circle is top shelf. The place was perfect for what we needed as a place to come back and relax between our planned events. PLUS: Burt, the dog of the tenant in the front house, is literally the greatest dog known to mankind. Straight chiller that hung out with us all the time. Thanks for the stay!

Perfect Guest House Walking Distance to Orange
My wife and I stayed in Michelle's guest house in Nov 2021. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance (10-15 min) of downtown Orange. The guest house was extremely clean and had everything needed for a couple. The wifi worked great and we streamed movies with no buffering. The backyard was spacious and we enjoyed our visits from Bert the dog, who's so friendly, calm, and quiet. Overall, the best part of this rental is the location. So close to all the major attractions (Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, downtown Orange), while at the same time, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Would recommend for any couples seeking a nice weekend getaway.

We were in Orange for our son's wedding. This lodging was perfect. Very firm bed = happy husband! Bert, the resident dog, while very friendly was a few times a bit over friendly. Location could not be more perfect. We had our son + fiancee over for porch breakfast - was great. Hope to stay there on our next visit.

This was such a great unit. Location was perfect for us, everything was well stocked and it was really quiet and comfy. Ten minute Uber to Disneyland and 20 minutes to Fountain Valley where we had an event. Host was super responsive to all questions we had. As others have said, Burt the dog was a total sweetheart. My 10-year old was so sad when we had to leave and say goodbye to him. We would stay here in a heartbeat for any future trips. Thanks for the great stay!

This is an adorable apartment with all the amenities you could ask for. It is quiet, private, and secure, with lovely trees and a great deck perfect for sipping coffee! It was easy to find, and is just off a major highway that leads straight to Newport Beach. Also has easy access to many other small communities (eg Fullerton) and attractions like Disneyland; downtown Orange is just a few blocks away, and has many shops and restaurants to choose from. Michelle was super easy to work with, and went out of her way to make our visit special! The bed is super comfortable, and the AC is very quiet. The only things I would point out to other travelers are that the stairs are quite steep, and if you aren't fond of dogs, be sure to let Michelle know. The tenant of the house up front has a large, gangly, goofy (but extremely well-mannered and very sweet) dog who is sometimes out in the yard, but PLEASE don't let that stop you from staying there! I was just intimidated by his size until I realized what a lover he is. =) This is the perfect get-away, and I am SO glad we found it!

This little place was a perfect refuge for our little family of 3 when we moved our daughter to college from out of state last weekend. The deck was such a blessing as we could sit outside and drink our coffee or tea and chat till bedtime. We also enjoyed having our breakfast out on the deck. And Burt, the sweet dog that is on site, was the perfect companion! We weren't around much during the day but it was nice to know we had a quaint "home base" to return to each evening after shopping and sight seeing each day. Highly recommend this place, which is in walking distance of downtown Orange (which reminded us a bit of our downtown area at home!).

Visiting for delayed Class of 2020 graduation at Chapman. Frustrated over the years to not have a nice place to stay near campus. This was perfect. And we loved the neighbor's wolf hound, Bert the Dog.
