A 3 bedroom home - 1 queen, 2 doubles; 1 bathroom home located in north Orange, all the modern comforts including r/c heating/cooling, dishwasher, off street parking , short drive to main shopping centre. two separate living areas with formal dining. A lovely aspect looking towards Mt Canobolas and a covered outdoor entertaining area with barbecue facilities. Great for family get togethers or just a weekend for two. No pets or parties.

This property has everything you need
We had a very comfortable stay. The house was bigger then what I expected and could easily accommodate larger groups. The owners were very thoughtful in leaving breakfast for us even though it was totally unexpected. The house was easy to navigate to and close to town. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Orange.

This is a lovely and homely house to stay in. It’s also much bigger than the pictures depict! The beds were a bit uncomfortable but we had a short stay. The breakfast hamper is a great touch.

A lovely getaway retreat
This place is huge and would easily fit a large group - it has two queen rooms, two double rooms and two living rooms. The outdoor area is lovely and we had breakfast out there in the mornings looking at the cottage garden. We also spent time chilling on the comfy living room couches and chairs. The breakfast provisions were generous - bread, spreads, margarine and 1L of milk. It's an easy drive to the city centre. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Basically good but room for improvement
We four ladies had a comfortable 4-night stay in this large, spacious house in late October. The area is quiet and in a good location, a convenient base for exploring the local area. The basics are very good - comfortable beds, good hot water and showers, stove and microwave easy to use. We did however have a few quibbles. There is only one saucepan among quite an extensive collection of cooking equipment. A range of different sizes would be useful. There were no instructions for the ducted air-conditioning which we needed as the weather had turned cold, and a phone call to the owner went unanswered and there was no response to our message at any time over the following days. Fortunately we eventually worked it out for ourselves and it proved very effective. The instruction book for the TV would also have been helpful as we wanted sub-titles but could not find any such button on the remote. There was a lot of dust on all shelves and surfaces, clearly a difficult and time-consuming job to rectify with the abundance of decorative pieces everywhere, but it should be attended to prior to guests' arrival.
