For the price, we got a clean room, eventually. We checked in and they gave us a room that was not cleaned. Front desk tried to say they didn't have any other rooms like the one we had booked, so tried to give us a smaller room. After talking with the front desk they gave us another rm alike. But other than that issue, rooms was clean, n service got it handled. So 4*s

Was put on the 4th floor... hallway was extremely hot..smelled horrible..carpet didnt look like it had been vacuumed or cleaned in weeks/months... there was no shower curtain in my room.. asked for one.. never got it until I went back to the front desk..had to put it up myself... sink in kitchen was plugged and something floating in the drain. There was something spilled on and in the freezer.. told staff and No one came to clean it. Microwave was rusted and not clean..Outside of the hotel looked good... Definitely not staying again.

Great 2nd stay. Check in was easy. The room access was great. The room was just enough for our 2 night stay. My pup knew her way around, as this was our 2nd stay. Will use this as my place every time I come into town.

The hotel halls smelled like cigarettes, and they also had a lot of nasty stains. I didn't feel comfortable walking in my room without shoes. Staff was incredible just hotel is a little run down and has no ice machines.

We stayed for a hockey game. The property was walking distance from the Honda center which was a huge plus, however the cleanliness of the room was less than desirable. There was spider webs all over the room and bathroom. Stains a burns marring the carpet as well as rust in and around the tub drain and faucet. The amount of dust the has compiled on the door jams and windowsills was immense. The room was lacking bath towels and the hot water did not work in the shower. It was quite hard to feel comfortable in this space. The employees were super nice and very helpful. That being said we will be looking for other accommodations the next time we come for a game.
