Improve the attention and attitude of the front desk staff when receiving their customers, that's what made me lower points to the place. Otherwise it is a good place to rest and enjoy your stay at the hotel.

The rooms are very clean and updated. Plenty of parking and very nice staff. I didn’t partake in breakfast, so I can’t rate that experience. The only complaint I had was that the pillows were too hard. I will definitely stay again but I will bring my own pillows if I can.

The room was clean, the mattress was mostly comfortable. The spare room was the issue. Comfy mattress but no ac AT ALL in there! There was one ac unit for the main room but the second room was very warm. Given, we stayed there during a heat wave, it sucked! A ceiling fan wouldve helped greatly!

Hair dryer was not working properly. Easy and free onsite parking is a good plus! Breakfast was decent and well managed. The BW location is a recommended option with reasonable price 👍

Staff was very pleasant, and the rooms were very clean for the price I paid. The linens and sheets were very clean, and the room smelled very nice. Only slight downside is that parking can get a bit tight if you stay out too late, but overall I would stay here again!

Hard to find good hotels in LA/OC area. This one is well cared for, comfy beds, great breakfast (helps a lot) and even had a room with 3 beds for us. Great location. We’ll prob be back to this one next time we do Knott’s or Disney. Breakfast from 7-9a is a little limiting. Very friendly staff tho. Well done.

Greeted by professional and courteous staff. Housekeeping were extremely helpful, kudos out to them! Parking was safe, experience no issues whatsoever. Within 5-8minutes to Angel Stadium, Amtrk station and many dining options. Breakfast appeared to be sufficient with different type of items to choose. Definitely return.
