Welcome to a beautiful clean, modern, airy, comfortable (non-smoking) and spacious Single story newly renovated home with central air and heat.

Relax in one of 4 bedrooms, each with comfy queen beds and memory foam toppers!
2 full bathrooms and (a Master bath with a double Jacuzzi bath...to soak in)
1 Full size futon bed (located in private family room/office)
All rooms stocked with extra pillows and complete bedding. Each bedroom has a smart TV!
The newly bright white Kitchen, with farmers sink, dishwasher, and quartz counters is fully equipped with all the niceties of home to prepare your favorite meals to enjoy or take with you on your daily adventures. Or.... Barbecue and enjoy a delicious meal. Safety feature, Outdoor ring door bell cameras.

There is internet/WIFI, 55-inch TV in Living-room above the electric marble fireplace. Local stations are available as well as your streaming services as you unwind and relax. Outdoor

1. SLEEPS 10 in Beds MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME.
2. Maximum Vehicles 3 in driveway No (RVs, Trailers or Commercial Vehicles).No street parking as permits are required and cars will get ticketed.
3. 3 Night minimum rental.
4. No Outside noise between 9 pm and 8 am per CITY CODE. Active Neighbor security watch.
5. This is a NO Smoking in the home. No smoking of any kind or Vaping is allowed inside the property - no viedo taping of property -No Exceptions.
6. This home is for the number of guests requested (only) unless authorized by owner in writing, to be able to relax, have fun and enjoy all the comforts of home as you enjoy your vacation, visiting and time in Orange.
7. No Animals of Any Kind.

See rental agreement with house rules. Which need to be reviewed and signed that home rules will be followed. This will be sent to you upon acceptance.

I definitely took advantage of the hot tub after a long day at Disneyland. It was clean and very relaxing. It took me a little bit to find the on button as i was looking for a dial/timer switch. It was just a simple press in the inside of the tub

Awesome place to stay

Couldn't be happier with our stay

This was our first time using VRBO and we were very pleased with our stay. Communication was perfect, host was happy to accommodate a check-in request we had, property was exactly as described, neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed. Host provided everything we could have wanted or needed to make the stay cozy, comfy and just like a home away from home. Check out process was super simple. 10 out of 10 would stay again. Cozy home-away-from-home

We loved our stay here and would enthusiastically recommend it to others. Our hosts Iris and Mark seem to have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well-stocked. The house as a whole was very roomy. The location was perfect as it is close to Old Towne Orange, and it provided easy access to the freeway for the quick drive to Newport or Laguna (or the airport). It was a cozy “home away from home” for our week in SoCal.

Disney Getaway

Everything was as advertised & more; we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was a perfect fit for needs: ample space, cleanliness, included amenities & a few added personal touches by our wonderful (& very responsive) hosts, Iris & Mark. Perfect for us

We stayed here with our kids ages 3-16 and grandparents. It was perfect. Everyone had a place to relax and be comfortable sleeping. The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed and we loved having the big dining room table to eat around. Iris was so great at communicating with us and made everything so smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for Disney and Beach!

Great place! This house had a great layout. Loved that it was single level. Plenty of seating to relax after a long day. There were chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach toys, wagon and beach towels for us to use. They had snacks and water for us to enjoy. We had everything we needed and more!

Great stay, Great hosts!

Had a great stay with our family. House was clean, spacious, and more than we expected. Hosts provided us with great coffee, creamer , teas and delicious snacks. Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Cake was the cherry on top! That was greatly appreciated! Beds and pillows were super comfortable! We will be back!

Comfortable and functional

My wife and I and our adult children had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating, and it was conveniently located. When my son left his wallet at the house, the house very quickly called to let us know that the cleaners had found it. It was a great day for us.

Granddaughters Cause I’m talking enough Disney Trip.

Very nice house! The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Everything was as listed and the house “book” was full of helpful info. We did not spend a lot of time actually at the house, enough to rest our heads and chase around Disney for 5 days. Also super impressed with all that was available to make it like home.

Exceptional Customer Service

Iris was amazing! I would highly recommend staying at this house. Very nice and clean. Only issue was the primary shower wasn’t draining so we had to share one shower amongst 8 adults and the amount of cars parked in the street and close to the driveway made backing out challenging at times.

Great vacay

This was a great property to stay on our vacation. We did Disney and Angel games and it was a convenient distance for both. Close to shopping and good restaurants. The house had lots of organization and thought put in to making things convenient for us. Board games, cold waters, umbrellas, beach equipment, and much more were all readily available. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Stay for my mom's memorial service

Perfect for our family. Clean, lovely home with large, comfy living room, dining room table for us to gather together and spend time as a family. Private backyard and sunroom so you can also enjoy alone time. Very comfortable beds. Thoughtful hosts. Loved the little creature comforts! Even had a piano! Close to Orange County attractions.

Excellent homey space for our visit

Pictures do not do justice to the lovely living room, kitchen and sun room! After a long day of travel, the comfy beds were just what we needed. Every amenity was thought of and supplied in this space, and we enjoyed the quiet. Very accessible to shopping, food, amusement and more. We didn't make it to the beach, but appreciated the supplies made available. Iris was available and communicative throughout our stay, and we would recommend this rental with no reservations.

Amazing hosts but area is ok

Iris and Mark are incredible hosts that are very thoughtful and add wonderful touches. This house has everything you need and is fully stocked. Drawbacks are the area is super crowded with limited parking and in a less scenic area. Biggest issue we had is there is a dog immediately next door that barks literally all night long and with the closeness of the houses, it kept us awake. However, we are aware that the hosts can’t help that at all and did everything to make our stay comfortable.

This was the perfect place to stay for my family. It was my wife two kids and my wife’s parents/siblings (10 total). It is a great location. 15 minute drive to Disneyland and 30 minute drive to Huntington Beach and a safe neighborhood. Perfect home base for Disney trip

We came with our three adult children and their spouses. Everyone had their own room but we had a common space to hang out when not at Disneyland. The host was wonderful and thoughtful! I mentioned we all loved coffee while inquiring about the version of Nespresso coffee pods (its the newer, half globe style) so she made sure to leave creamer in the fridge for us as well as snacks and water bottles for our first day at Disneyland.
