Room for the whole group! The coastal feel of this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium, that sleeps 12, is the perfect fit for your next vacation to the Alabama Gulf Coast. Spacious tiled living area with leather queen sofa sleeper Fully equipped kitchen with crisp white cabinets will make all of your cooking needs a breeze. The beach themed master bedroom with King size bed and flat screen television is the perfect place to lay your head after a full day of soaking in the sun. The second bedroom also has a luxurious King size bed. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 sets of twin beds! Seats for 6 on the patio provide a beautiful view of the beach!

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Family Vacation
Great unit to stay in, you can’t beat the location within the building. Unit overall was just as described, had a few TV issues but management handled pretty quickly. Satelite in living room never worked but we just utilized smart tv feature the little we even had a TV on so it was fine. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed in the same unit in October 2024, so familiar with this particular unit. Overall great unit and one of the best locations in Phoenix 5. Management is quick to respond to any issues during stay. The living room furniture could be updated worn for sure, cleaned very well for sure. Overall would recommend or stay again.

Great place to stay! We had 12 people staying and it felt spacious enough for all of us! The rooms were not as clean as I would have thought, but still felt comfortable to sleep and stay there. View from the balcony was beautiful and the pool/splash pad were great! Everyone working there were friendly and helpful :)

Fall break
My family and I enjoyed our stay! The kids enjoyed the board games and the racket ball court! The location was perfect for us to be able to send the older kids to the splash pad and pool and us to be able to watch them from the balcony of the room. We would definitely stay again!
