Our 2 level LOFT style 1-Bedroom unit has a Brand New 50" Smart TV . New King Bed (RARE FIND) in Upstairs Master Bedroom along with ROLLAWAY SLEEPER. No carpet in unit. New Luxury Vinyl Plank in upstairs Bedroom. New Roku Smart TV upstairs.
Downstairs has New pull out Queen sleeper sofa and living room glider chair.
2 Bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. NEW A/C UNIT . Be sure to check TOTAL COST if comparing (not just per night rate), we cost less because there are NO MANAGEMENT COMPANY FEES. We manage and CLEAN our Condos for quality assurance.

Great Rental!

We stayed for two days while enjoying the coast. Our hosts were very responsive and the condo was just as listed. It was perfect for the two of us. Would stay again when in the area!

Very nice stay on the beach

Condo was very clean and comfortable. It is located in spot you can be in Orange beach and enjoy Gulf Shores in just minutes. We found this very accommodating for our Stay in the area. Restaurants and attractions are very close as well. We would love to come again soon and hope this condo is available to stay again.

Relaxing and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at the sugar beach condo. The location was absolutely perfect with direct beach access. Tom and Cathy were wonderful and the condo staff were super nice as well! We will be back to visit again. :)

Fall Break 2022 Trip

The unit was just as it was described. It was clean and in a great location right on the beach and central to plenty of restaurants and things to do. We had a great time! We will be saving this rental in our favorites to visit again sometime!

Exactly what we wanted! This gorgeous little 1 bdrm, 2 bath condo was well appointed, super cute, and right on the beach! Their check in instructions couldn't have been simpler (down to where to park to be closest to the right elevator), the property itself was well maintained and felt solid during the small storms we experienced, and the private beach with the "Sugar Shack" concessions made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back, and have told our friends and family!

Mother’s Day getaway

Condo was nice and clean. Easy access to the beach. Loved that one of the pools was heated. Only negatives were the bed/pillows could have been more comfortable and the garage had some flooding the morning we left due to a large rainstorm. Parking for a larger vehicle was difficult at times as some of the spaces were tight.

Very nice and clean. Perfect size for my family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we faced was the a/c not working very well. It is very hot outside so we understand that it was hard on the unit. The owner was nice and said he would send someone out to check it. Unfortunately we left on that day.
