Loved this beach getaway! So clean and perfect location for beach and pool. Saw several dolphins from our balcony. Worked out great for us with two younger kids (ages 4&8) although we did have lots of pep talks not to mess up the super cute beach decor. We will have to come back without them ;)

My little family of 3 stayed at this condo for a short weekend getaway. The condo was so clean and nicely decorated! You can tell a lot of time and thought went into making the place as comfortable as possible. It even smelled great! We will for sure be staying here again as soon as possible.

My family LOVES this condo! It’s always SO clean! The owner is so communicative. Perfect view of Friday night fireworks! Easy on the beach and easy off! 10/10 for us! We will be back every year!

Best friends get away

The condo was super clean and the furniture and layout were amazing. I was over the top impressed with decor. The bedding was super soft and high quality. Very family friendly. No parking or elevator issues. We had a complication with family friend passing and possibly not being able to come. Justin, the host, was very patient in helping us work this out. Hope we can return next year.

Week at the Beach!

I normally do not leave many reviews, but this condo exceeded my expectations in every way! I was concerned not going directly through Brett Robinson’s group, but check-in, communication, everything was 5 star! The condo was perfect, updated, very well stocked with nice kitchen items, but most importantly, the bed was super comfortable & the bed linens were extra nice (not sand paper the last time I stayed at a Phoenix condo). I will definitely book this unit again! Oh, there were no elevator issues other than maybe a 5 minute wait! Phoenix VII was great!

Our stay was great! The condo was very clean and the layout of it was great! We had a great view of the beach and ocean. Our host communicated promptly and was very clear on everything that we needed to take care of with checking in and checking out. It was also conveniently located near restaurants that we wanted to eat at. I highly recommend this host and property!

Would definitely stay here again. Wonder location. Room decorated very nicely. Couple of tips: the wifi ID and passwords shown on the chalkboard in the corner of the living room, isn't right. However, just call the host, and they will get it for you. Minor detail, but it could be helpful for you.
