This unit is a professionally remodeled premium unit with Tuscan Style tile, LCD television in every room, LCD Home Theatre and bar. Bathrooms feature elevated granite countertop vanities and tiled shower areas. Kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and new furnishings with everything needed to cook like you were at home. Enjoy stylish new furniture throughout unit with new mattresses and a 2nd King sized bedroom. Carpeting in all 3 bedrooms. New Top LOADING LG WASHER AND DRYER!! There is an ASSIGNED COVERED PARKING SPACE associated with this unit.

Last minute spring break trip

We decided to take our kids on a spring break trip and it was a great place to stay. We were able to get in a few hours early and stay a few hours late. The condo was great location, clean, and not too busy. Beds were comfy and happy with layout and style. We really enjoyed all the amenities. Thank you for a great trip.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

This condo perfectly met the needs of our two families-4 adults and 2 children. It was very comfortable. We spent the majority of the time at the beach and pool. Extremely relaxing and beautiful. The kids loved the indoor pool-a big hit since we had one rainy day. We’d definitely stay here again. Monica was very responsive to our needs.

Clean - beautiful view - has everything you need for your stay. Front desk - helpful - All the other tenants that we met on the elevator, pool and beach were awesome. It is a short drive to the Wharf where we saw Eric Church and Lainey Wilson.

This was our kids first time coming to the beach. We had so much fun. Monica was amazing. The place was clean and the open concept made for us to be able to see the beach at all times. The kids enjoyed going out to the balcony to sit and watch the waves.

Monica was the best host! Her condo was in a perfect location and her pictures were spot on! My friend and I take an annual “ girls trip” with our 6 year old daughters so this was the best of both beach and pool! Added bonus very close to OWA!!!

Beach Perfection!

Monica is a fantastic host and this property is truly amazing. Clean as a whistle, well-stocked, and great views! Monica also went above and beyond in working with the maintenance crew as they were scheduled to reseal the balcony during our stay but she got them to finish it before we arrived. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Absolutely wonderful!

We had plenty of room in this spacious condo with 4 adults and 2 children. The condo was clean, comfortable, kitchen stocked well, and very nicely decorated. The location is perfect as well! Monica was an amazing host and did an excellent job communicating before, during and after our stay. The location was amazing, very nice furnishings and everything was updated. This property exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do it justice! The unit is very spacious, nicely decorated, and clean! We were given clear directions for check-in and check-out, and the process was super easy. The owner also communicated to ensure everything was to our liking, and responded promptly with any questions. The views from the balcony were picturesque; simple gorgeous beach views. great fall weekend

Owner was super responsive and eager to please. Condo and location was exactly as advertised and listed and well stocked. We had 5 children for a weekend and there was plenty of space and easy access to the beach. It may have been listed and I missed it, but the condo has a regular coffee pot so bring coffee and filters (not kcups). Other than missing my morning coffee, the stay was perfect.

2nd Time Staying Here

We have been to Orange Beach 4 times in the last 8 years and I wish we would have found this Condo sooner. The perfect size and location for my family of 6. We had an amazing family trip and hope to keep the tradition of going every other year. If we do at least I know where we are going to stay. Monica was great and was always available with any questions or concerns that come up. This property has everything you could ever want in a vacation spot. Can't wait to book this condo again. Hopefully sooner than later.
