Welcome to paradise! Escape to the sand with this cozy 2-bedroom 3-bathroom condominium. Found on the 7th floor of Phoenix Orange Beach II, this charming beach retreat sleeps 8. Embrace beach-style living area with the Queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen television. Fully equipped kitchen is ready for all of your cooking needs! Master bedroom features a King size bed and new tile flooring. Combination shower and tub in the delightful master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds and a flat screen tv. Spend your mornings drinking coffee on the charming balcony with a spectacular Gulf front view!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
