The filter in the ac was filthy. We were told there was a toaster and there was not. The bedspreads were so flimsy they would not stay on the bed and we had to purchase blankets as Avarti provided none. The dresser and nightstand tops were peeling off and the trash Can top in the kitchen was broken off. This is a 3 bedroom condo yet there were only 2 lounge chairs on the deck. There were holes in the curtains and if you walked across the floor barefoot your feet would be dirty. To sum it up this condo was a dump and a disgrace to blue water. We have stayed there the last 3 years and the previous condo was beautiful and very well maintained.
