Four Seasons 804W 2 King beds Fishing Pier Read Parking Rules new flooring

Four Seasons 804W is a newly renovated oversized 2 bedroom 2.5 bath gulf-front condo boasting over 1400 sq ft of living space located in the west building. The professional decorated condo has all porcelain tile throughout. Both the primary and guest bedrooms have King beds. The primary en suite has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanities. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower condo. The full-equipped kitchen has black appliances set in black granite countertops.

Four Season's is home to the only private fishing pier on the Alabama Gulf Coast spanning 702 feet out onto the Gulf of Mexico. Four Seasons has a beachfront pool, indoor pool and fitness room. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please note: There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit for Four Seasons, as parking is limited with the exception of Friday, May 22nd -Sunday May 30th, 2026 and Friday, June 26th - Saturday, July 11th 2026, where there is a one-car limit. There is a fee of $100.00 for each violation of this strict policy by the on-site HOA. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, Dually trucks, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property. Such Vehicles Will Be Towed.

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Perfect family getaway

The homqe was beautiful, and yet still child friendly. The layout was great and suited our family great. We were able to enjoy the vacation without giving up anything. We plan on returning to this condo again for longer!

I would recommend this condo to anyone, but especially if you have someone who loves to fish or see the sea life up close! My husband and two sons spent hours each day on the pier while my daughter and I relaxed at the pool. We ventured to the pier to see the fish and dolphins as well. I took an amazing nap on the balcony listening to the waves and we ate meals at the table out there! The balcony furniture was perfect. Also, the beds were so comfortable, no one missed our own at home!

Nice place, great location

Unit is as stated. Decor is very tastefully done. Cool layout, having two master bedrooms is a huge plus! Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Location is fantastic; close to restaurants and shops. Loved the pier! The bedroom on the right side of the unit stays super hot. Elevator: while it was nice that there was never a wait…we eventually got stuck on one. It didn’t last long, but getting stuck on an elevator is not something I care to experience again. By the time we left, the one on the right was completely out of service. Which we only knew because there was a cone in front of the first floor elevator doors. We had no idea up on the 8th floor, there was no cone or sign on the door or anything alerting us. The dryer isn’t great. You have to dry a load twice before it will get dry. Parking was a hassle - we 100% knew that coming in though, as it was stated in the listing. Allowing 1 parking space for a unit that sleeps 8 or whatever is not ideal. Especially when we never saw the lot full, there were always extra spaces available. All in all, nice place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was well stocked for eating in, well appointed and has a great beach view. Security was monitoring everything which was a good sign. Loved the private pier! The only issue was the cleanliness in the unit- of the floors, and toilets. The floors were disgustingly dirty, and I had to mop every floor because our shoes stuck as we walked over the surface and bare/ sock covered feet got disgusting filthy. Even after mopping our feet still got dirty. (When we got home I could not get our socks white and I tried everything!) I also cleaned the oven since we dropped some food in it, and the back wall of the oven had lots of baked on grime. All in all the unit was very nice but next time I would bring shoes specifically for use in the unit so I wouldn’t have to constantly wash my feet and or ruin socks. The toilets started getting black streaks in them mid-week, which means they had not been cleaned recently. The unit may not have been rented before we got there and perhaps the cleaning crew thought they didn’t have to do much, but it was obvious things were skipped.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the comfort of the mattress in the master bedroom was terrible. Would also prefer having a balcony with a full view of the beach, instead of half beach and half street view. We would stay here again though. Very nice!
