This direct Gulf front condo has amazing views of the entire beach and the sounds of the waves are quite relaxing anytime of the day!

This one bedroom, two bath condominium has updated tile throughout with freshly painted walls and furnished with brand new furniture. It has magnificent direct gulf front views (beach and pool) from the balcony and sleeps 6 with a (very comfortable) king size bed in the master bedroom, convertible queen size sleeper sofa and two hall bunks.

The condo is equipped with many necessities for your fabulous vacation. Linens are provided for all of the beds and adequate towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. You will also find many useful kitchen utensils along with pots and pans for cooking.

Also worth noting is that Tradewinds has only 107 condominium units thus the beach is much less crowded than mega-condominium buildings. Tradewinds is about one-half mile from a shopping center which includes a 'Winn Dixie' grocery store as well as numerous other shops (Dollar General Store and Walmart), restaurants, and an emergency medical center.

Tradewinds is approximately five miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and Highway 59. This area hosts numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, family entertainment (small amusement park, water park, etc.). The 'Wharf' is also less than 3 miles away from the condo.

Perfect week at the beach. Location is great. Close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, the BEACH! Clean and comfortable condo. Loved sitting outside on the balcony. Look forward to reserving our week for next summer.

Love the condo and it was perfect for our family size. The owner was great to work with and booking was a breeze! The condo is centrally located and easy to get to. Elevators worked great and staff on hand constantly keeping grounds clean. Will return!

Can't get better than this cute condo with a full kitchen right on the beach! Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend bringing additional trash bags and toilet paper if you're staying longer than a day or two. Walking distance to local seafood restaurants. Amazing views, perfect for watching the sunset/rise from the balcony. Can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay! Our only complaint would be we only had one garbage bag and the room had a strange smell and the sheet to the pullout couch had crumbs on it so we didn’t use it, but other than that the room was as expected.

Clean, Comfortable and safe. The only thing I missed not having was a full length mirror just because we went out a lot. If we had kids or anybody else I don't think it would be convenient to have the bunk beds in the hallway if it was a long stay. Definitely would recommend. Tammy was awesome with communication!

My husband and I stayed for an entire month - it seemed way too short! Here are a few reasons why we'd come back again. The amazing view - 7th floor is great for getting full gulf view. Comfort - the bed was super comfy and the bedding high quality, the couch and club chair great for watching a bit of TV, and the outdoor table perfect for most of our meals. Style/decor - this condo is clean and fresh with modern furniature and decorated with high end artwork and decor. Finally - you're working directly with an owner who genuinely wants your stay to be the best! You won't be disappointed!

We had a nice time staying at this condo. We arrived on a Saturday evening and were told to purchase a parking pass from the security guard on duty. We couldn’t find anyone. My husband ended up calling a number and driving to the condo management office a few miles from the condo complex. We only saw security on site a couple of times during our week stay. The unit itself was very nice and clean. The complex itself could use some updating. The indoor pool area looked a little rough. The location can’t be beat. We had a beautiful ocean view from our balcony and had a great time on the beach. There was a family atmosphere, which we loved.

The view was great, but the beds are so uncomfortable. The listing states “very comfortable” king bed. The bed was the worst we have ever slept on. The sleeper sofa is not a queen, more like a full. I thought maybe it would be better since the king bed was so bad, no it was worse. The bunk beds would need to be for a child under 5’ (I’m 5’4” and my leg hung out the bed to lay down). The photos are accurate, but I would not rent this for more than 2 adults. Our parking pass was not there when we got to the unit. The owner did answer when I called her, but we had to talk to security and explain the maid forgot to leave it and hope our vehicle wouldn’t be towed. The next morning the owner said she couldn’t get in touch with the maid and asked us to drive to the office (5 minutes away I googled the address she sent) and buy another parking pass. She said she would refund the one we had already bought. This was aggravating because we were trying to enjoy our vacation, so I politely explained that wasn’t our responsibility. An hour later I heard two knocks and a man ran into the unit with the pass. I wish she would have told me someone was coming, thankfully I was dressed, but it startled me. The air conditioner keeps the unit cool, but it is very loud. The mirror in the master bathroom had fallen off the wall (before we got there) and was just leaned up against the wall. There needs to be some TLC to details, a full length mirror, and a new comfortable king bed and this would be a 5 star place.

My family as a whole loved our stay. It is a great location on the beach and a great view from the balcony! The place was really clean and tidy! Mrs. Tammy communicated very well and even called and checked on us to make sure we were good! It was perfect and we have no complaints at all!!
