Complete remodel of the 3 bedrooms, 3 baths condo.

The Broadmoor is a low-density building with only 60 units, which means you can sit and relax on the beach without massive crowds, enjoy lounging by the pool, and no long wait for an elevator.

This Orange Beach condo rental is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and features a master Suite with a King bed, sitting area, access to balcony and master bath with large, tiled shower.

There is a king bed in the second bedroom, and a king in the third bedroom. Both guest rooms have private baths and North-facing views of the bay and river. Enjoy Eastern views of the beach from multiple windows in the living, dining and kitchen areas.

This unit also features a wet bar, full-sized washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and Queen-sized sofa-sleeper. Making use of the sofa sleeper and the chair that folds out into a single bed, this condo can sleep us to 9 guests.

Broadmoor amenities include wireless internet, cable, outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna (his and her), fully equipped fitness room, and tennis courts.
