    AS you walk in to your newly renovated coastal getaway you have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need! It is open to you living and dining room space to enjoy making memories with your family and friends! Dining Room table seats 6 and room for 4 at the kitchen bar! Living room has a fold out couch and 2 chairs with tons of natural light that comes in from windows overlooking the balcony and Ole River and 48" TV. Master Bedroom with King bed and premium mattress for a restful sleep, private bathroom, and private access to balcony. In the Guest bedroom you have twin bunk beds, and a single twin bed with premium mattresses! Full bathroom in Hallway! Custom touches throughout the condo that will ensure you have an amazing stay!! Pool, grills, observation gazebo, boat parking, and more!! Book your stay today!

    I will be available by text/call if you need me for any reason. Guests will have a unique access code to enter the property via the electronic door lock.

    This is a small Condominium Complex. Easy to get in and out of. Very laid back. Always plenty of room around the pool. Short Walk down to the red light for beach access. Sign says Ole River Beach Access!

    You can park in any of the uncovered parking spots. Overflow parking you can park in the gravel lot where the trailers are but this shouldn't be necessary there is usually always parking available.

    1 Parking Pass Included (2nd Pass $30 if needed)

    Must sign rental agreement upon booking

    A $500 security hold will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
