"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily. The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me. This was my home base while I bounced around the region chasing pasta, wine, peppers, and granita. It felt like staying at a friend’s place, not some cookie-cutter rental. If you want something peaceful, local, and convenient, this place just works. Perfect place if you just need a room to sleep, shower, and have breakfast. I’d stay again without hesitation (and probably will). Scilla was my favorite and it was only 20 minutes away. Reggio is also just 20 minutes away."

"We had only one night to stay in this hotel that seemed to be a five star in old days on our way back to Rome. Our room was very clean and spacious with a very nice view of the sea. I also enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool. The staff were also very nice and helpful. the breakfast was very limited and I think it was because not many people were staying at our time. By the way there was a pizzeria restaurant close by called Bambu. Their food was excellent "

"The hotel was very pretty. The rooms could have use a paint job but we had a great balcony and bathroom was big. We did go off season so there wasn’t a lot of people. I was disappointed that the fountain outside wasn’t on & the ones inside. The staff was mediocre at best. When we checked out there was no one at the front desk and we just left our keys. So our experience wasn’t the best. "

"Got back from the Bagnara two days ago and had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Grand Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable. The hotels restaurant serves one of the best pasta dishes. A big shout out to Mirium and Perier who most helpful. The general manager Frank was amazing. He went out of his way to take us round the island and show us all the lovely spots. Had the most awesome stay and would recommend. Thank you to Frank, Mirium, Perier and all the staff working at the hotel. "

"Lovely resort. Amazing breakfast spread was included. Friendly, helpful staff. Just the transfers to Reggio, a 15 mins drive was €40 each way. I recommend having a rental car when staying here. "

I’m looking forward to going back to this resort. I truly enjoyed Giancarlo & Settimo , who went over and above to provide quality service!!"

"I wanted to thank those who worked here, especially the lady who spoke English at the front desk. We were very out of our comfort zone. My mother had just come out of 7 days in an Italian hospital with no English. The cleaning ladies help us feel very welcome. They are super lovely towards us. Even though there was a language barrier. The restaurant staff should be promoted as managers as the waiters and waitresses tried very hard to give good service. Managers at the time needed to be fired."
