"The villa is beautifully located and picturesque. However there was communication gap. When we reached the destination there was no one to support us. We asked few neighbors and they said the key is left there under a pot. The villa is amazing but there has been zero maintenance, untidy, broken wooden flooring etc., Washroom was not clean. The next day morning there was no water and heater not working. But by around 8am the caretaker came and he supported us. We got water by 930am only. The...

"Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car. Nice view from the room and property in general. Staff and cook are very very polite. Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating)."
