"Was in and out of the property upon check-in within about two minutes flat. Communication has been poor about a full refund. Upon walking in, we were greeted with hair all over the toilet and in the bathtub and shower, as well as when pulling down the bed when the owner asked me if the beds were at least made, there was also hair in the bed. I don’t know if it was some kind of prank, but it was horrific. I am still waiting to hear on the refund. "

"This must have been something like my tenth stay at Century Suites. I like the village feel and home away from home vibe. This time I was snowed in for a day, and it was completely relaxing. I really appreciate all the amenities; I hosted both dinner and breakfast for my daughter and her family who live in Bloomington. Wonderful place to stay!"

"Very pet friendly, clean. There aren't any eating options in walking distance but if you have a car, it's very close to lots of good places. I will be staying here everytime I visit my college kid. I found our place! Highly recommend. "
