"This was misleading advertising on Hotels.com. I selected a tent with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed for about R1700. Just before we arrived I got a call from the hosts and let them know that 2 friends would arrive 30 minutes before us. I was told that I would have to pay an additional R790 for them because they charge extra each person over 2. This was not made clear on the app. This accommodation was not worth over R2,500 for the night. Unhappy guests who feel ripped off."

"What an incredible experience at Alkantmooi!! From the first contact we had at the reception with the friendly and helpful staff, to the impeccably neat and modern room, we absolutely LOVED our night here! "Amazing location and accommodation. The only thing to note is the drive up to the apartment. It’s high up and my husband is afraid of heights. Once you have done it , it gets fine lol but it’s so worth it. Breakfast is served in the apartment and the beds were perfect. Great two nights and loved every minute of it."
