Alkantmooi Private Nature Reserve in Plettenberg Bay is truly a hidden gem! The views are absolutely breathtaking, offering panoramic scenery of the mountains, ocean, and lush nature. Waking up to such a stunning landscape is an experience in itself. The host is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels at home. And a special mention goes to the friendly resident dog, who will happily greet you upon arrival and is always up for some scratches! The accommodations are comfortable, well-maintained, and provide a peaceful escape into nature. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with unbeatable views and warm hospitality, Alkantmooi is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!

Stunning views , fantastic room and facilities. Could not fault the hotel or team. Only word of caution is that it is up a steep bank that requires caution whilst driving at night. Some great local restaurants but they are not walkable but don’t let that detract from this real find of a hotel.

This is really a beautiful quiet spot in Plett. Awesome, clean, very well equipped with stunning views and terrific WIFI. Keursee 1 ( with pool table) will definitely see me again.

Nice room and comfy bed. A basic breakfast of bits in the fridge. Could have done with some bread, but it’s a small gripe, very quiet and fantastic views over the lagoon. Nice pool but rather brutal with a bare concrete finish. Very comfy sunbeds and brilliant views. About 1 km drive up a dirt path so plan on your food and drink provisions before arriving.

Die Unterkunft liegt oben auf einem Berg und bietet deshalb einen tollen Ausblick. Außerdem gibt es einen sehr schön gelegenen Swimmingpool. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder!

Best stay with incredible views

This is the third time we have stayed here, and, as always, the hosts went the extra mile - upgraded us free of charge as a superior room was available, brought us firelighters when we realized we had none to make our braai fire, supplied a lovely mini breakfast and overall made our stay extremely pleasant. We will definitely keep returning to our favourite spot in the Garden Route. All this at such a reasonable cost!

What a wonderful location overlooking Plettenberg. Great location for all the activities on offer in the area and in Tsitsikamma National Park.

The Alkantmooi Private Nature Reserve Keursee Units have a perfect location, overlooking the Plettenberg Bay. Very nice rooms. fantastic view, friendly service. It was our 2nd stay. And we would stay there again.
