Check in was a little confusing.
Bathroom outdated, with broken faucet. Family room was really dark even with lights on.
Overall it’s ok for the price and comfortable stay

The blanket is smelly and the beds are very small. The room is not possible to accommodate 8 adults and 4 kids as indicated ( only 2 queen sized beds and 4 small sized single beds). Besides, only one toilet and washroom was available. It took hours for us to take term bathing every night. Check in is very uneasy. The check-in ID was incorrect, and the operator can hardly communicate in English. Tissue ran out on the second day, but no refill was available. Don’t know how to dump the garbage, and no instruction. Our garbage bin was full for the whole time. We stayed fours nights with 6 adults and 4 kids. It was very crowded and uncomfortable. This room is extremely over-priced, given the space, zero facility and no refill or cleaning on everything. Disappointing!

Great location, so many things were within walking distance! The breakfast is good, not great but I would say worth a try. Overall I’d come back as the staff were very nice and attentive.

室内はとても綺麗でした～
お風呂風呂自動、おいだきあり
入室の際、玄関扉を開けるのに理解しにくくて苦労しました。
誰かぎ出てきて取り敢えず入室してからゆっくり考えて検証しました～
ヨーク考えればわかるのですが早く入りたくて！！
博多駅から15分ちょっと歩くのが苦にならなければ快適です。
タクシーも利用しました。
1000円ちょっと
混んでると1200円越えてました
