I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. "The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the railway station. Shopping arcade,a mall and a temple are all within walking distance. The room is clean, spacious and the provision of a air purifier has added value to the hotel. Bus services provided by Nishitetsu and Kitakyushu city allow one to travel easily to other major towns."
