"Stayed here for five nights and it was generally a wonderful stay. Room was spacious and as advertised. Housekeeping did a fairly good job although the floor could be cleaned better but small issue. Breakfast was good, there’s always a noodle station that changes daily. There are two pools, one closer to the reception and the other that overlooks the sea. Beach is very small. Camia Restaurant is popular for sunset dining. And there’s a spa that overlooks the sea. Service is well provided for. "

"Amazing place to stay in Phu Quoc! The beach and the views are incredible, so quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is lovely, lots of choices and they alternate each day. Great options for lunch and dinner as well as drinks. Staff always go the extra mile to make sure you are 110% happy with your stay. I lost one of my AirPods without realising, they posted it to me in Hanoi with a few days, free of charge, absolutely amazing! "

"It’s a beauty property. The residences are set back from the ocean and overlook a lagoon and villas toward the ocean and the amenities (restaurant, beach, spa) are located over at the Waverly property which is an easy 2 minute walk or 1 min golf cart ride. The residences are more quiet whereas the Waverly is more of a resort feel. Like any resort, prices for food are inflated and You are a bit isolated from pretty much anything, necessitating a taxi or Grab to go anywhere. Not unusual or unexpected. The beach is beautiful and mostly clean but we noticed a lot of trash cohorted at the base of the trees hanging closest to the ocean. To be fair, the island has a major trash problem and it’s really sad. Surely us tourists are adding to the problem. Our room smelled a bit like mothballs at first but that went away. "

"Room has utensils, microwave, fridge and induction stove for simple cooking. There’s a washing machine with laundry detergent and drying rack at the balcony. Everything is new and clean. Location is quiet and safe with security guard (non-English speaking though) at the lobby. Access to the room is by digital lock and physical key (my assigned room was in a building named "The Sea"). There’s a small convenience shop on the ground floor of the opposite building (named "The Hill") that sells some groceries and toiletries. Some negatives: No daily housekeeping so you’ll have to clear your own trash (dispose of them at the garbage room next to the elevator) Communications with the apartment staff is solely via Whatsapp prior to my arrival date (my emails were not answered - I had to send reminders for a response). There wasn’t any staff waiting at the building entrance when I arrived (taxi transfer was pre-arranged by the staff -250,000D from airport). Had to get help from the driver to contact the staff to meet me as otherwise I wouldn’t be able to find my way to the room and learn how to use some of the equipment. The staff who showed up doesn't speak English so translation app is absolutely essential. The check-in instruction is cumbersome & stressful. Little information was given in advance & vital room details were only sent by Whatsapp AFTER my flight touched down! Would have preferred to have ALL details at least a day BEFORE my check-in rather than be left clueless."
