    Wake Robin Cottage - This awesome 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath is convenient to both Cooperstown Dreams Park and All Star Village - only 15 - 20 minutes to either one. It is conveniently located just off Exit 17 of I-88.

    Wake Robin has been meticulously planned to accommodate your comfort. This welcoming home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. One bedroom with bathroom en-suite is located on the first floor. There is a powder room off the common areas on the first floor. Three bedrooms on the second floor - each with their own bathroom. This home is kept in immaculate condition - inside and out. You host is top notch, making your stay the best it can be is their #1 goal.

    There are multiple areas for folks to gather. The spacious living room flows easily into the dining area, which flows into the kitchen. The kitchen combines modern conveniences and vintage farmhouse flare. A wall of original built-in cabinetry has been refurbished and painted to match the rest of the new navy kitchen, it feels like an apothecary vibe. NEW 2024 ~ the kitchen has been completely renovated. All new cabinets, amazing original hardwood floors discovered and refinished, apron farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, beadboard ceiling all new lighting and a new layout including a island!

    The enclosed front porch provides another area for relaxation. You won't be able to resist spending time outside on the open deck and patio area that have it all. Relax on the open deck, swap stories around a camp fire, or dine in the outside eating area. A gas grill is provided.

    Yes, there's opportunity for outside games and entertainment. A basketball hoop gives you chance to challenge each other. A level back yard gives you space to play. Canoe, kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals are available just up the road on the water.

    NOTE: A resident manager lives in private quarters on the lower level - totally separate from your lodging. You will have complete privacy but there will be someone close by if you need assistance.

The perfect place for our Cooperstown stay!

I can’t say enough positive things about Wake Robin cottage! We stayed here with another family while our boys played at Dreams Village. The house was cozy and inviting, very clean and the decor was super charming! We felt like we were staying at Nana’s house! The updated kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed the outdoor space in the evenings as we sat by the fire pit making s’mores. It was the perfect place to stay while in Cooperstown!

Perfect Location and Stay for Cooperstown

I was so thankful we found this gem for our family to come to Cooperstown. It was so convenient that every bedroom had a bathroom ensuite. The location was perfect to get to Dreams Park. It was exactly 12 minutes to the gates. The home was generously equipped to make our stay cozy. John was also great at communicating and answering any of my questions very quickly. We stayed two nights to attend an event at our sons in nearby Delhi. Upon entering, the place was immaculate. It was a warm day and it was nice to find the a/c left on for us. The room in the cottage was more than sufficient and very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond when I had a question. Probably the best place I’ve ever rented. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The Wake Robin Cottage is lovely

Once we walked in there was a nice scent throughout the home, and everything was very clean. It is spacious and the surrounding area is just as nice. It's comfy and cozy. There was a drawer with different games to play, which we used one of the nights. Our host John Chapman was nice and accommodating. We had a great weekend. Will definitely use again for future trips.

Quintessential cottage experience close to Dreams Park

Our family loved this property! Excellent location for a week in Cooperstown playing at the Dreams Park. It was a 15 minute easy drive to the fields. The home is absolutely adorable and you can tell the owners put a lot of love into creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. All the beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen is stocked. Really it was perfect. If my younger son plays Cooperstown next year I will be booking this house again! Thank you John!

ASV Week 12

We picked this place for the AC & location and were very happy with our choice! The house is super cute, has all the amenities for a comfortable stay plus great washer and dryer for all the very dirty laundry the 12 year olds needed done. It is between Dreams Park and CASV, which is a great location! There is a lake at the end of the street and the boys had fun skipping rocks. Our only “negative” was the spider situation…more spiders than we’re used to, but we happily resided together for the week and survived 😃 John, the owner, is very friendly and very responsive.

Baseball Tournament

We recently stayed at Wake Robin Cottage while attending the baseball tournament at Dreams Park. If Wake Robin is available for your stay, do not pass up the opportunity to stay here. It is amazing! The 4bedroom/4 bathroom set up is perfect! It is in a quaint quiet community yet very convenient to the ball fields. Simply a 12 minute drive on just one road. And John was very attentive to my texts and requests. My only regret was not having more time to spend in the home as we were constantly at the ball fields. Thanks John!

Wonderful!

We came all the way from Hawaii and are so thankful to have found this rental at the very last minute. We had accidentally booked a place that was much farther than thought and continued to hope something would come about, and it did. We had three families total with four small children and four adults. This place was more than spacious and offered us comfort and relaxation. We got to spend a good amount of time there even with being at the baseball fields often. John is an amazing host with top notch communication skills. We notified him about the downstairs bedroom AC not working too well and he said they’d replace it (for us we didn’t use this bedroom, so it didn’t cause any issues). While there, there was a heat wave too, so I asked if we could get a fan and he said it was no issue to run one. We were thankful because it was so hot! Kitchen, dining room, coffee area, living room and everything else was in good shape and clean. We felt comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to others traveling there for Cooperstown and other vacation reasons. Mahalo!!!

Cozy and Comfortable Home

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Wake Robin Cottage! I booked our stay as soon as I found out that Louis Tomlinson's Away From Home Festival would be hosted by the Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown. The home has our bedrooms, each with an en suite, and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is newly redecorated, and the living room is large and has plenty of furniture, which we appreciated for each post-festival days' recap discussions. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy such a comfortable stay!

Relax while enjoying baseball

We stayed at Wake Cottage while our son played baseball at Cooperstown Dream Park. The cottage was close to the park and an easy drive there and back several times a day. We had 5 grandparents as well as younger siblings along and everyone enjoyed having space to unwind and our own bathrooms too! The owner was communicative and easy to coordinate with. A great cozy cottage away from home!

Great Location

Our family stayed a week for my sons baseball tournament. The location was perfect to get to Dreams Park it was exactly 12 minutes to the gates. It was very nice that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Large/open family room and the kitchen had every thing we needed for quick meals. John was also great at communicating and answering any of my questions very quickly.

This cute little cozy cottage type home was great for our week long stay while our boys were at All Star Village! Owner was very friendly and quick to respond. Very clean, cute, and quaint home. Perfect place for two families

Charming cottage a short 15 minute drive to All Star Village. Pictures are exactly how we found the place, which was clean and well stocked with all the amenities needed. We had two baseball families staying and there was plenty of room for sleep, meal prep, lounging, etc. Host was very responsive and proactively communicated before our visit. The surrounding area is beautiful and downtown Cooperstown (Hall of Fame, fun shops) and Oneonta (good restaurants) are easy to reach. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Cooperstown for any reason. Thanks for hosting us!

Amazing rental!!!

Wake Robin Cottage is a great place to stay. The owners are the absolute best. The home was clean and neat. Felt like I was at home. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. I especially liked the powder room down stairs. Honestly, the only thing you need to bring is your clothes. Everything is right there for you.

Perfect house for Baseball trip

This was the third house we booked for our Cooperstown trip! So glad we landed in this one! It was the perfect distance from the park. An older house that has been remodeled with chic and farmhouse decor! The four bedrooms each having their own bathroom was perfect for a bunch of women or multiple families. The outside patio area was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing or baseball games!

Baseball Dream

The Wake Robin Cottage was amazing. It was perfectly located between both Allstar Village and Dreams Park so it was very convenient to do all the baseball things. The house is meticulously maintained. It’s beautifully decorated and you feel right at home! The house has everything you need to make it feel like your own house and an added bonus is you don’t have to share a bathroom as each bedroom has an en-suite. John was an amazing host; both responsive and personable. The attention paid to detail between the welcoming book and instructions, the amenities, the cleanliness, I could go on and on there’s literally nothing not taken care of during your stay. We hope to be back for more baseball trips in the future!
