ZOO Old Market CHI Charles Schwab Field Cozy Downtown House

This fresh, clean cozy little house is located just steps to the Henry Doorly Zoo. It is also just a short drive or Uber ride to the Old Market, TD Ameritrade Park, Chi Auditorium, Lauritzen Gardens, Offutt Air force Base, Bellevue, Papillion, Harrahs and Ameristar Casinos, Creighton, UP headquarters.

The wood floors have been freshly redone, the bathroom is new as well.
You will enjoy an enclosed front porch or back porch with seating, for your morning coffee.
Outside there is a cozy area with a table, chairs and lights to enjoy in the evening.
This is a single story home has 2 bedrooms on the main level. Both offer queen beds. Jack and Jill bathroom (between the bedrooms). There is also a queen size pull out sofa sleeper for use as well. Comfy couch, 55 inch 4k television in the living room, wifi, well stocked kitchen, pots, pans, crock pot, mixer, toaster, spice rack and more.

Linens, towels, wash cloths, soap, blow dryer, shampoo and cream rinse are in the shower for you to use.

Off street parking in the driveway.

For long term stays we offer bi-weekly cleaning at no charge and use of the washer and dryer in the basement. The basement is not for guest use unless it is a long term stay.

Great place for family and so close to the zoo!

We needed a place close to the zoo for our two little kids. This place was perfect! Very clean and the kids loved the toys available to play with! It was the perfect house for our needs!!!

The house was great! It was a very easy, quick walk to the zoo and a short drive everywhere else we wanted to go. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including toys which were a huge hit with our 4 year old.

Great Location

This cozy little house with comfy beds was perfect for us. The air conditioner worked great for the two, nearly 100 degree days we were there. It was great to come back from visiting the zoo and have a place to cool down. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves visiting Omaha again.

Comforts of Home in the Perfect Location

An easy walk to the zoo's main entrance and just a 2 mile drive to the Old Market area, this home was perfectly situated for all we had planned for our brief trip to Omaha. The home is very comfortable and well equipped, making for a very pleasant stay. Would definitely return if in the area again.

The perfect location for all things in south Omaha

This home is in the perfect location for visiting all the attractions we came to Omaha for, including the zoo, Fontenelle Forest, the Old Market district, the riverfront and Bob Kerrey bridge. There are plenty of restaurants around, but the kitchen is well equipped for preparing your own food. There were no children in our party, but had there been, they would have been ecstatic with all the toys available. If you are looking for convenience, this is the place to stay!

Weekend to Omaha

Was in town for a Supernova's game. Property was close to most everything we wanted to do. Property was a nice location, clean, easy to get to. The bed was a little too soft, for me but some people like a soft bed. House, toys, and games are geared towards younger kids, which makes sense given its proximity to the zoo. I will definitely consider this property for any future trips to Omaha. Overall I would say this property was as advertised and would recommend.

Zoo house

The house was very clean, lots of towels, was clothes and new linens. Beds were comfy and there’s lots of things for children to accommodate a family. Check in was easy and the communication with Stephanie was excellent. The only issue I had was that the neighborhood was not that great. Yes it’s very Convenient to the zoo but even finding a grocery store was at least 10 min away. And to be honest I didn’t feel all that safe. Perhaps this is my fault for not doing more research on the location.

Home away from home

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming house! The home was very clean and came with ever amenity you can imagine. There was plenty of room for my mom and I, and my 2 children 4yrs old and 10mths old. I flew in from Phx and was stressed about all I had to pack for the kids but Stephanie goes above and beyond with all she has to offer at her home. There was a high chair, booster chair, pack n play and so many toys and books for the kids. We were able to prepare our meals and plenty of kitchen items to cook with and seasonings. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning and appreciated all the snacks and water that was provided. I couldn't have survived without all she made available. Thank you so much Stephanie for making our trip a memorable one! I'll definitely look for this property again for a future stay. Also, the property was right across the street from the zoo and made it so easy to jet over there for the day. We had a great time and highly recommend visiting there.
