This place was old, run down, dingy and very, very noisy. Sandwiched between railroad tracks and the interstate, with walls so thin you could hear cars coming and going closing in the parking lot in addition to anyone walking down the hallway. There's no way it should have the star rating it has ... I trusted Orbitz and feel like I was completely misled. I would have never stayed there had the stars and reviews been accurate.

Very sketchy hotel. Didn't feel particularly safe driving up. Front desk staff did not speak any English, to the point that they were using Google Translate on their phone for a simple check-in/check-out. Felt the need to check for bed bugs before putting luggage down - no bedbugs, but the sheets were very stained. Ended up leaving immediately and going elsewhere.

The property smelled of marijuana, the A/C units were poorly installed, the bed frames were incredibly noisy. I adjusted and turned over to go to sleep, and woke my kids. The man at the front desk barely spoke English. When I asked for cream cheese for my bagel he pointed at jam, then at butter. The pillows were pointless, some of the plugs simply didn’t work. It gets 2 stars because it was at least livable. But I would recommend simply spending money on a better stay.

I had a very easy check in and a wonderful stay! The pool was nice and the room was clean. Krishna at the front desk was a perfect gentleman and quite attentive. There were a lot of choices for breakfast and the waffle was my favorite. 10/10 will stay here again.

The floor is quite dirty, the shower towels are very very dirty, very noticeable black mark, and if you hold up to the light you can see many dark spots. But yeah the price is fine.

I read other reviews about this hotel and thought they were incredibly out of bounds. This hotel was dated but adequately clean. I was impressed at checkin. I was very late but the clerk was helpful and actually helped my carry my luggage up the stairs. Hotel was quiet despite the fact it was by the interstate. My only critiques are that they need to pay more attention to maintenance. The desk lamp was inop when I asked for another one they wanted to change me to another room. I asked for a lightbulb the next day and the lamp wasn't working. I also received no room service while I was there. Most of my stay was on the weekend but as a minimum trash should be emptied, towels switched, and bed made up daily. If it hasn't been for this I would have given this place 5 stars. I will be back as it's conveniently located in a nice part of town. Definately worth a second chance and value for the room rate.

Disappointing safety/cleanliness but Great Service
The best thing about this hotel is how friendly the service was when we checked in and out. Great people! The area is scary, the hotel run down, and the rooms dirty. There were yelling drunk people in the parking lot when we were getting our bags and from the looks of the vehicles in the parking lot I was worried out vehicle was going to be vandalized. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay there again. There were no sliding locks on the doors and I had to prop the ironing board agains the wall and door handle to feel somewhat safe. There was hair all over the shower, mold on the shower curtain, and the tub and toilet looked dirty.

We have been staying here for 8 years and never had issues till now!! The gentleman at the front desk just wanted to flirt with myself & my daughter as we were checking in. (It was kinda of creepy). Then the carpet in our room hadn't been vacumed. There was food pieces and dirt/rocks all over the carpet. Then there was strands of hair all over the bathtub. We literally had 1 towel in the bathroom. And the sink wouldn't drain. My Uncle also had a room here and his was just as bad. So.... guess after all these years we WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

Place doesn't look anything like it does on their website. After 8 hrs of driving was looking forward to a swim but the water in the pool was ice cold. Room was clean and lots of channels to choose from. But all in all, generic.

Good for a cheaper motel. Room was large and clean. The whole place is a little run down but good enough. Breakfast was what you’d expect, it was ok, wifi was good. Not a great location but that’s why it’s cheaper.

I liked this property so much that I extended my stay. It's an older facility and the amenities are not what you would expect from a hotel that was built yesterday. That said, the water pressure was great in the shower. the water temperature was fine, the room was very spacious and the television offered a great variety of packages. My interaction with the staff member was always very positive, too. For the money, it's hard to beat this experience. I would certainly return if I'm ever in the area again.

The area is under construction. Noise was not bad. The room was clean. It was not finished had no luggage rack. The walls still needed repair. It was clean. Towel were all different sizes. The staff were plesant and apologized when they were unattentive. Overall did not vist the pool area. Ice machine works well. Did not eat there continental breakfast. Will i stay again. Yes i would feel good to stay there again. It looks like thwy are working hard to improve the motel.

This place is a dump. It was unsafe dirty cracked floor holes in the walls smelled like perfume over smoking not enough food for breakfast. In fact I had booked to stay there on my return trip so I quickly cancelled and booked at another place. It was awful. Should be condemn

The rooms are so outdated. It's like walking into a room from the 70's . The colors are so depressing and the lighting is even worse. Will never stay there again.

This was the optimal place to stay for attending a concert at the Westfair Amphitheater- took 10 minutes or so to get there. The hotel smelled good, room was clean, parking was great, and the staff was courteous.

Good place to rest for the night
Good friendly service, the pool was not open. The breakfast is just a little better than continental, but still a good option. Be aware they do require a deposit of $150

I was there 3 nights, had 3 different rooms. A/C quit and/or just not working. No apologies from staff. When I first arrived staff just said “ you have reservations?”. Not hello, welcome, etc. Not once was I greeted when I entered. No apologies for having to move to 3 rooms. Owners apparently live there, and it often smelled like onions, etc. Place is very run down. Many wall switches do not work. I’m 70 years old and had to carry my suitcase up the stairs, while male staff member watched me struggle. No offer to help. Not once did they check to see if my trash needed empty, or if I needed towels.
