Early 20th Century 5 bedroom house with original charm located in the Benson area of Omaha. Benson is a midtown neighborhood full of medium sized single family houses and small businesses. The commercial district of Benson is one block south of the house. The Benson strip is known for frosty beer, good music and dishes loaded with local flavor. 1912, The Waiting Room, Beercade, Barley Street Tavern, the Sydney, Benson Brewery, Infusion Brewing and Burke s Bar are some of our favorite places.

We had a great stay here - location was perfect, the house was clean and well equipped for kids (such a wonderful perk!), and very cozy. The backyard was also perfect for our dog. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent stay near Benson

This was an absolutely excellent stay! The house was clean and had five beds, which was perfect for our larger group with people visiting from out of town. Good parking for three large cars in the driveway. Best of all, just a short walk to downtown Benson, with lots to do and see! Easy check in and check out.

Comfy house in a Great Location

We had a blast checking out Beercade and the Benson Bars when we stayed at this Vrbo. It was super spacious and clean. All the beds were comfy and large! The Foosball table and Xbox in the basement were great surprises! Check in was super easy and the host was easy and amenable! We had a great time and definitely recommend this vebo to anyone with a big group looking to hang out ij Benson!

Omaha adventure

Three daughters, 2 granddaughters and one grandma spent a delightful weekend exploring Omaha and enjoying wonderful meals and comfortable beds in the clean and tidy home.

A great house!

We had suck a great stay! The property is beautiful and up to date. It looks small but it fit 9 of us with room to spare! Check in and check out was so amazingly simple! I can’t wait to stay here again!

Great Customer Service

Overall the house was very clean and accurately described. Quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Smoke detector was beeping when we first checked in and he arrived shortly after to fix the situation!

50th bday bash

My self and 9 others had a great time at this house. Its location is perfect and we enjoyed visiting many of the Benson area locations. Great house with just what you need to enjoy spending time with friends. Our night included a win in Husker Football and taking down #1 Wisconsin in volleyball. GO Biiiiiig. Red!

Competition Event Stay

Our group came to Missouri Valley, IA for a dog competition. This home had a lovely porch to relax on and a fenced back yard with patio furniture so made it very comfortable. The Hot summer air made the upstairs bedroom a bit stuffy so a fan might be a nice addition. One of our group liked the heat so that was not an issue but a suggestion for future guests. The host was very prompt in all our communications. Thank you for a nice stay!

Family Gathering

We had a large group of 10 people and house was able to comfortably accommodate us all. Just heads up this is an older home, so it was a little stuffy for my allergy and asthma kiddos, but it was also very rainy in Omaha during our stay that contributed to it. They did have plenty of Kleenex around the house which was super helpful! Towels were well stocked for our group along with pillows and covers. Location was walking distance from a small commercial district with plenty of food and bar options. Nicely centrally located to all our destinations around town. Kitchen was also good for cooking for our group and family style dinners around the dinning room table.Owners were friendly and communicated with me with all the information needed to access the space prior to our arrival.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a group of 10 people. It was great for each couple to have their own bedroom. We needed a place that had a large living room or dining room for us to all gather together. We had everything we needed and it was a pleasant experience.

Weekend stay

Everything was great! Only thing I can critique is the area rug in living room could use some tape to hold down. Had a couple of stumbles but other than that we all didn’t have many complaints.

A comfy night in the Country Club.

The house is absolutely perfect. A great 1912 property in fine upkeep. 5 bedrooms, something for everybody. A nice fencing In backyard for yhe dog. Xbox for the kids. Happy Family.

We didn’t stay here

Due to a plumbing issue we were moved to another of this hosts properties the day before we were to arrive so my review is not for here. We stayed in a house in the Dundee neighborhood which may have been better for us anyway (that one excellent area for dog walking and restaurants). While my review is not for this house I do appreciate the host switching the property and being responsive to calls and texts.

Concert getaway

We originally booked a different property with the same owner but was asked to switch because of plumbing issues with the original one. Everything was basically the same except we were expecting 5 separate bedrooms but there was one room with two beds. It all worked out okay and we had a nice stay. Owner was easy to work with and we would stay again.

Lovely property
