"Everything was wonderful..Room very clean and the whole facility was very clean..our air conditioner broke on our first night stay and they came and put a whole new unit in while we're away for the day. Breakfast was delicious everyday. Great staff. If we are back in that area we will stay again.."

"Overall, this is a very nice hotel and we had a good experience. A couple of issues that were confusing were: 1. The outdoor pool cleaning wasn't completed until 11am on a very warm day, and it seems that should be able to be finished in time for guests to enjoy the pool every day during pool hours. 2. Of the 3 elevators, one wasn't working at all, one required a trip to the 6th floor before going down, and the other worked. There was a sign (with graphics, very attractive) posted in the elevators saying we were all on an adventure while the elevators are being repaired. How long does that take? Long enough that it required a graphic designer to create and post a flyer with an unknown date of repair completion. Very odd. 3. There wasn't decaf coffee available in the morning in the lobby."
