A great spot in the middle of the city, close to the Zoo, museum, parks, restaurants, and medical centers . A home away from home ready to for you to enjoy with large social areas, a fireplace, beautiful wooden floor, natural skylights, huge windows and cozy backyard with perennials landscaping and fire pit. Nice place, close to Schwab Field for CWS

Nice place, nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order with a couple of minor exceptions. The electronic ignition on the grill was not working, so we had to light it with a match, but it worked. We had issues with the dishwasher, which I presume have been resolved by now. Great communication from Eunice and Fernando, they would always get back to us right away, and Fernando came over a couple of times to help resolve some of the issues mentioned above. We would stay here again.

Spacious

Positives: The host was very responsive & accommodating. Smelled fresh. Plenty of towels. Provided water and snacks upon arrival.Negatives: Ants were a problem inside the house, particularly in the kitchen. Lacking basic household items, such as scissors. Shower upstairs needs work (low water pressure)

Property is well maintained, clean, and updated. Not advised of Garage and Basement used by another renter. Would be wise to have that on the description. Not an issue, but a surprise.

Family of 5 mini getaway

The house is very spacious and accommodated the 5 of us nicely. Super clean and smelled fresh. Older house but updated on the inside beautifully. Host stocked fridge with a few beverages. Listing said there was a hot tub but the kids were disappointed when there was not one. Kitchen could use a bit more utensils,we couldnt find any knives or pot holders. I tend to wash dishes by hand and the sink wouldn't drain. I would stay here again.

Not entirely accurrate

Beautiful property handicapp accessible. BUT. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Not all home was central air terrible noisy awful 3 sleepless nights. Was not informed that there were guests in the basement. I think guests should be given full visibility!

convenient location with handicap accessible bedroom

the pros: One of the first floor bedrooms had an attached handicap accessible bathroom which made it easy for our elderly family member to safely take a shower. The living room had a large sectional couch for comfortable seating. The family room had 2 couches so there was plenty of seating there too. There was also an outdoor table on the back deck that was perfect for gathering and watching the wildlife in the backyard. All of the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of storage in the kitchen and bedrooms. The host thoughtfully put up a graduation sign outside since we were there for our son's graduation. the opportunities: There were a few maintenance issues while we were there (disposal and a/c). They were fixed during our stay. It would have been useful to have a few more towels available for showering.

Plenty of room

House is as described. Plenty of room, good neighborhood. Easy check in. Overall a good place to stay. Only drawbacks Ants on kitchen counter and front bedroom Front bedroom with twin bed has no AC or fan Floors throughout the house could use a mop. Older smart tv in living room. Only streaming to watch tv but no apps installed to watch. Couldn’t download the streaming apps I use at home. One other thing that maybe I missed in description was the property owner uses the basement/garage area. My mom stayed back and called a little worried that someone was there with no forewarning. None of these things are major dealbreakers and I would stay here again. House was roomy, supplied well, comfortable beds, and overall a good place to stay.
