Cozy 1-bedroom apartment, walk to UNMC

In-law apartment above a 2-bedroom home, entirely your own space with your own entrance. Across the street from UNMC and very convenient access to shopping, I-80, Aksarben Village and downtown. With 1 off-street reserved parking spot.

There is USB power in the bedroom, kitchen and living room and comes with a Roku TV so you can stream your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or any of your streaming services' shows.

There are many restaurants within walking distance including a 24-hour convenience store and full grocer.

The space
There is a generous bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser and walk-in closet. There is also an adjustable height desk and ergonomic desk chair for use.

The living room has a comfy couch and guest chair with a Roku TV so you can set up your streaming services. Local channels are also available.

The kitchen is well equipped with a Cafe table for 2. It has a gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee pot with freezer over fridge.

The bathroom has a clawfoot tub that you can shower in. I will warn you though that if you are over 6' like me, you will have to duck a bit. I am 6'6" and have managed in there before.

You also have a reserved off-street parking spot which is good because many UNMC students and staff park in the neighborhood and walk to UNMC to prevent paying for parking.
